The young man who was very emotionally affected explained how he took care of his late mother alone, without any help from his siblings.
He mentioned the hospital visits and financial support he provided, while his other siblings did nothing.
“You didn’t even give him KSh 50 to help him get to the hospital. Did you expect him to come and get help? If you want us to cooperate and work together, you younger brothers should follow our lead and do what we say,” he said.

Why did a Kakamega man criticize his brothers at their mother’s funeral?
He criticized his brothers for speaking confidently during the funeral, while they clearly knew that all they did was wash their mother when she was sick.
He said he was also the one who was taking care of their father, including bathing him, despite having many children.
“Tell us the truth, I have handled everything, from the mortgage bills to the funeral. It has been just me and my sister,” he said.
The young man addressed his step-siblings with great pain and anguish in his voice, which left many social media users comparing the incident to their own family situations.
