Anita Mugweru’s family and friends are struggling to accept her tragic death after she was allegedly killed by her estranged husband, Edwin Kaunga, who is a captain in the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF).

Anita died a few days ago after her husband allegedly stabbed her in a horrific attack witnessed by their young daughter and a domestic worker, who has since given a detailed account of what happened that fateful night.

Crying out for Anita, her close friend shared a cute picture of her wearing a gorgeous red jacket, a white floral dress, and matching low heels.
In the pictures, Anita was seen enjoying happy moments with her close friends and family and taking pictures of happy memories.

2. Anita’s life at Egerton University
Anita’s former classmate also shared touching memories as he mourned and paid tribute to her.
Dave revealed that Anita was an important member of the Egerton University community, where she represented beauty, dignity and respect.
“At Egerton, you represented beauty and were an example of dignity and attraction. Nyambura, I will talk about you with bright memories, because our friendship was built on respect and mutual understanding. I have lost a classmate, a coursemate, one of the few friends with whom we have kept in touch since 2015,” he said.
He promised to pursue his right until it is found.
