A socialite lover Amber RayKennedy Rapudo, has opened up about why he still hasn’t officially married her despite being together for four years.

Rapudo proposed to Amber for the first time officially in November 2022 during a romantic dinner while on vacation in Dubai.
The emotional moment, which surprised Amber and brought her to tears, came shortly after the couple legalized their marriage through a traditional ceremony of identification at Amber’s home.
Why is Rapudo not officially married to Amber Ray?
During an interview with Alex Mwakideu, Rapudo revealed that he was still waiting for the right time before the official wedding.
“That question has been there for a long time. But people forget. I have seen people who rush into marriage. You meet someone, you fall in love, and get married after a week or three months, then you break up. I believe there are plans. There are many things that should be done before reaching that level. Of course, I agree that it is long overdue, four years is a long time, but when the right time comes, we will do this,” he said.
Rapudo, who married Amber twice, insisted that he and Amber have their own rhythm and know how to do their things apart from outside pressure.
“I married him when we were in Dubai, a few months after that, we had a child. So it’s all a process. I’ve already gone to their house and met his parents, and we’ve had conversations that are still going on. When the right time comes, it will happen,” he added.
He also revealed that Amber told him she hasn’t worn an engagement ring in years now and admitted she agrees with his decision to take it off.
“Amber is stubborn. She is a very beautiful woman, but she is stubborn. But I love her the way she is. I wouldn’t want to be with a woman who is always yes, sir. I want to have someone who opposes me. She stands by what she believes in. She says she can’t wear a ring for more than a year. I understand her position, and I agree with her but there are many dynamics involved,” he said further.

Does Rapudo pay for Amber’s child’s school fees?
The father of three revealed that he is fully funding the education of his stepson, Gavin, as well as his other children.
Rapudo noted that while he respects the biological father of Amber’s child, he would respect him even more if he was paying Gavin’s child support.
Her comments came months after she revealed that she never pressured Gavin to name him as his father because his biological father was still in his life.
