Dickson (not his real name) revealed that his wife was unfaithful to him eight times, but he always gave her a second chance.
He involved both families in efforts to save their marriage, but apparently he did not stop.
He said that he did everything possible to make her comfortable, including opening a business for her and even buying her a cell phone.
“He didn’t care about the business and he closed it, saying he wanted a job that allowed him to leave the house, and I left him,” he said.
He recently became suspicious after noticing strange phone calls and late-night messages, and discovered that his wife had an affair.
The confused man said that many times when he was at work he could not reach him because his number was busy.
How did a Kenyan man discover his wife’s adultery?
Despite his complaints, he defended himself by claiming that it was an internet problem or his phone was switched off.
The next day, Dickson took his phone for repair and later decided to check his call logs and text messages.
He found an address saved under his brother’s name and confirmed that he had been calling and texting the man until late at night.
“His family doesn’t do anything when I tell them what he does. We live well, he doesn’t miss anything, but I keep wondering why he always lies to me,” she shared.
The heartbroken man realized that he was about to give up on marriage, as his wife did not respect their union or their children.
“I have not been a happy person. She sleeps here with our children, and her brother keeps telling me to pay the dowry and build her a house in the village. I will not pay her, and I will not do anything,” he said.
