He emphasized Kenya’s progress, noting that children are increasingly embracing the digital age through coding, digital art, and creativity, thanks to the new improved education curriculum.
“All over the world today, a child opens the screen, not only to learn, but to discover who he can be. In that moment, self-confidence is built or broken, and possibilities are expanded or reduced. That moment creates the future that we are all responsible for building,” he noted.
He continued: “Through deliberate investments in digital skills, artificial intelligence, and connectivity, technology can empower every child with safety, equality, and meaning. Our children’s future depends on our ability to bridge the gap between education and technology.”
