The family had revealed that Norris was rushed to hospital in Hawaii just days after celebrating his birthday.

It is said that the actor was very happy and was enjoying time with his friends when he fell ill; he had celebrated his 86th birthday, a few days before his death.

What happened to Chuck Norris?

His family has released a statement revealing that the actor died while receiving treatment.

The actor’s family noted that they would like to keep the circumstances surrounding Norris’ death a secret; they added that his fans should know that he was at peace and surrounded by his loved ones at the time of his death.

“It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden death of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday morning. Although we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace. To the world, he was a martial artist, actor, and symbol of strength. To us, he was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, an amazing brother, and the heart of our family.”

His family noted that the actor lived his life with faith, purpose and unwavering devotion to the people he loved.

While their hearts are broken by his death, they are thankful that he lived his life to the fullest.

“He lived his life with faith, purpose, and unwavering devotion to the people he loved. Through his work, discipline, and kindness, he inspired millions around the world and left a lasting impact on many lives. Although our hearts are broken, we are so grateful for the life he lived and for the unforgettable times we were blessed to share with him.”

Norris’ family also thanked his fans for the unwavering support they received when they found out he was in the hospital.
