Renowned Ghanaian preacher Bernard Oppon of the Calvary Charismatic Baptist Church (CCBC) and his wife, Nana Konadu Oppon, have died.

The sad news was confirmed by the couple’s daughter, Edwina Arthur Oppon, in an emotional social media post that has since been flooded with tributes from believers and netizens.
What happened to Bernard Oppon and his wife?
In her post, Edwina revealed that she received the news of her parents’ sudden death on Friday, March 6, a few hours after they passed away.
He wrote a touching tribute, describing the intense pain his family is currently going through.
“The pain of losing Pastor and Mrs. Oppon is indescribable, and our family is struggling with a grief that we feel cannot be overcome. Their heart for God’s work and their absence will leave an undeniable void in our lives,” he wrote.
Edwina also asked for financial and spiritual help from good Samaritans as the family begins funeral preparations.
“To all who loved them, your support means the world to us during this difficult time. Please keep us in your prayers as we go through this great sadness together. Let us remember their unwavering faith and love and continue the light they brought into our lives. May their souls rest in eternal peace.”
