While the governor was looking for answers, Kenyans were touched by the stark reality of the difference between promises and implementation.

Sakaja, in an attempt to explain the city’s challenges, referred to previous floods that the city had faced, saying that this was not a new problem. He added that even he, at times, was stuck in traffic.
