A fitness instructor was seen filming the session on Moses’ instructions, showing the two of them in the middle of a workout.
Moses was sitting on a machine doing arm and chest exercises, while Mudavadi was working out on a separate machine behind him, focusing on his arms and chest.
Fans got to see PCS away from his power suits; he was wearing black shorts, a plain khaki polo shirt, and sports shoes. Moses, on the other hand, was wearing a full workout outfit that showed off his figure.
The trainer could be heard encouraging Mudavadi to add one more repetition, and despite the obvious fatigue, PCS continued.
The gym was empty, giving father and son enough time to focus on their training without distraction.
The video has emerged amid speculation that Mudavadi may be grooming Moses for a political future.
Banners circulating online suggest that Moses may start his political journey by vying for the Westlands Member of Parliament seat in 2027, a claim that also emerged in the description of Ababu’s TikTok post.
