Wamuchomba noted that the group led by the former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua has no strategy to win against President William Ruto.
According to him, the by-election is a precursor to the next election.
Wamuchomba noted that the opposition was promoting its agenda against Ruto without depth.
He noted that the group is fueled by hatred and meaningless slogans that have no basis.
Wamuchomba further pointed out that the influence and excitement enjoyed by the opposition does not have the same influence as the opposition, as evidenced by the by-election results.
He suggested that Ruto’s party UDA it will not win the by-election if the mobilization against it by the opposition and social media is to be believed.
“Since the establishment of many parties, I have never seen any president in power except Moi win a by-election and a general election in the same party. The UDA will make history if things remain the same. The opposition to the United Nations is on Facebook and the voters are in the field. Today there is a presser? Winning the election is about strategy. Anger and insults are a sign of disappointment. And yet!” he said.
President William Ruto has been surprised by the success of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) in the by-election held on Thursday, February 26.
