The funeral took place just two days after burying another friend, Dominic, who both tragically lost their lives in a road accident a few days ago.

Catherine barely survived the accident when the Toyota Land Cruiser they were traveling in collided head-on with a Mitsubishi Canter truck.

TUKO.co.ke gathered photos showing the extensive damage caused to both vehicles in the fatal accident.

What happened at Terry’s funeral?

As mourners gathered to view Terry’s body before the final funeral service, many looked inconsolable.

Some held their heads in their hands, struggling to accept the tragedy.

After Terry was buried, Catherine was caught in moments of denial and deep grief, laying a wreath at her friend’s grave with other mourners.

She clutched Terry’s photo tightly, at one point nearly falling to her knees, and cried as she said goodbye to her personal assistant and best friend.

Catherine also wrote a heartfelt message online, writing:

“This was a wonderful day. Hearts were heavy, prayers were raised, and memories of gratitude filled the air as we buried Terry. Tears! Rest in peace Terry. It’s true, Terry, you’re gone and gone forever. I’ve wept and wept, and now I’m allowed to rest in peace.”

The heartbreaking scenes from the funeral prompted an outpouring of messages online, with netizens offering words of comfort and encouragement to the grieving businessman.
