Did Nelson Omeno kill his daughter?

According to reports, Omeno started beating Charlene as soon as they returned home to Dandora, leaving her with injuries that later led to her death.

“I called, my stepmother was the one who answered. She gave me the phone to Charlene, she told me that her father had beaten her and asked me to pick her up the next day,” said the grieving mother.

However, the plan did not materialize.

Charlene collapsed at midnight from her injuries. Omeno rushed her to Mother Lucy Hospital and then escaped, leaving the child in the hospital.

The next morning, he called Pamela and told her to meet at the hospital as their daughter’s condition was serious.

“When he confirmed that I was coming, he switched off his phone. Since then I have never heard from him again. His phone is still switched off,” said Pamela bitterly.

The bereaved mother explained how she found her daughter’s body: the head was swollen and there was blood on the forehead. According to Pamela, Charlene was tied with a rope, as there were clear marks on her arms and legs.
