Fella is hospitalized in critical condition battling an undisclosed medical condition.

His wife, Sweet Fella, later went public with emotional claims, claiming they had been left struggling financially and emotionally since his condition took a turn for the worse.

He claimed that many people who were close to Fella disappeared after his illness, adding that Diamond was among those who allegedly abandoned support.

According to him, although Diamond had previously helped fund Fella’s medical trip to India last year, communication is said to have stopped as his condition worsened.

Diamond’s mother, Mama Dangote, has now addressed the allegations, strongly defending her son and denying claims that he left his former manager.

Writing on InstagramMama Dangote insisted that Diamond did not withdraw his support. He reminded the public of the support he had given, including funding Fella’s treatment abroad.

He further revealed that when Fella’s wife initially called for help, Diamond was out of the country, prompting him to personally intervene.

“I was the one who went to Mbangala, I believe the hospital is called Kilungule, where he was admitted. When I called Diamond, he asked me if I was carrying money and then ordered me to tell Makame to send Fella’s wife KSh 50,000 (Tsh 5 million),” he wrote.

He added that financial support was provided in the early days of Fella’s illness before he was transferred to TMJ Hospital and later flown to India for further treatment.

Mama Dangote concluded her statement by imploring Fella and his wife to recognize the support they received from his family, instead of spreading negative allegations.
