Trizah Nabwire, a very brave student, faced a setback soon after completing her Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination.
His educational journey was about to be halted due to challenges, mainly financial, when a kind hearted person showed up.
A Facebook user, Gordon Opiyo, shared that he was informed about Nabwire’s condition and posted it on social media to ask for help.
“Four years ago, Fidelis Makhambala informed me about this smart girl from Lake View Primary, Nandekere, Budalangi, who scored 408 marks and could not even get transport to Busia, let alone school fees to join Limuru Girls National School. I posted about this on my page, and within minutes an unknown donor took over the whole responsibility. An elder of the SDA Church, Bungoma, originally from Kisii, took over the whole responsibility,” part of the post said.read.
Opiyo also shared an earlier photo of Nabwire next to a woman, showing how far he has come and the environment he came from.
They were standing in front of a mud house that looked old, with its walls looking worn and dirty on the ground.
Opiyo appreciated Nabwire’s national achievements and also appreciated the old man’s golden heart for taking care of him.
“I am very happy for this act of generosity from this old man. The same thing happened to Lugulu Girls and another unknown donor. There are good people in the world, and very good people in my group of friends here on Facebook. God bless you all,” he finished.
