His story begins in his youth when he became interested in driving and car mechanics, a trend that came to determine the fate of his life.

How Peter started a relationship with a married woman

In an interview with Itugi TV, the 68-year-old man recalled his early life when he was working as an auto mechanic and passenger car driver.

After working for different employers, he was able to save enough to buy his own car which he used for public transport and private hire.

What started as a meeting of luck and the woman who had fixed his car turned his life upside down in ways he never imagined.

He explained that the client, who was married, had a crush on him and rented his car for an elaborately arranged affair to reunite them.

Peter became the target of attacks

Unfortunately, the woman got closer to him when Peter had marital problems with his wife, who accuses him of changing when they moved to Nairobi from Elburgon.

Peter says he had no idea that news of their affair had reached the woman’s first husband and sparked a series of violence.

What followed were months of stalking and beatings, but it took her a long time to understand that the attacks were related to her love life.

“I understood the reason for the attacks after one of the hired thugs admitted that they were sent to kill me, my wife and our relatives,” he said.

How Peter became a murder suspect

Deep in love and without reason to believe the confession, Peter continued the relationship and even planned to leave the country with his girlfriend.

One evening after drinking alcohol, he was ambushed on the road and hit with a stick on his back near the neck, seriously injured.

He fell to the ground and lost consciousness, then woke up to find that another person had also been attacked a few meters away and left for dead.

Peter says he doesn’t know how things turned out, but as fate would have it, he was taken to the police station instead of the hospital.

How long was Peter imprisoned?

Things got worse when he was found and arrested and charged with murder, accused of attacking the man who was beaten next to him.

“It seemed like a joke because the person I allegedly killed was still alive in the hospital. He died more than two weeks later,” explained Peter.

Despite his repeated denials, the charges continued, he was found guilty of murder and sentenced to 17 years in prison.
