Betty Bayo’s brother breaks his silence, claims his sister and her husband were not married

Just a few weeks after burying the gospel musician Betty Bayofamily conflicts have emerged, with Mbugua revealing tension behind the scenes.

Through his account TikTokclaimed that the family is not allowed to see their grandchildren and nieces.

In addition, he said they recognize Pastor Victor Kanyari as the biological father of Sky and Danny and they want him to have full custody of the children.

Mbugua said the relationship between Kanyari and the children continued to the extended family.

“Kanyari is the biological father of Sky and Danny and we share blood with Kanyari. Bayo connected us through those two children, and you cannot separate us from children and property; we are Bayo’s family, and Kanyari is their father,” he said.

Property and marriage issues

Mbugua explained that he and his sister had a close relationship and for many years she has been involved in his investment plans.

He said that he wants his sister’s property to be put together officially so that when the children grow up, they can benefit as his direct heirs.

“I want everything of my sister to be kept in one place because the children are growing up, and that is how their mother’s property should be handled. There is no discussion,” he said.

Was Betty Bayo legally married to Tash?

Mbugua also claimed that Tash, Bayo’s widow, never legally married her sister.

He answered the Kenyan who said that Tash is the legal heir of the property because he is the official husband, explaining that there was no legal marriage.

“Inheritance is another matter. If Betty didn’t make a will, Tash would inherit everything as the legal husband,” wrote the Kenyan.

Mbugua replied:

“Everything is with the next of kin, and things reveal themselves slowly. No one married another. It didn’t come to that; it was just a ceremony. If you know the procedures of ruracio, nothing happened, and I was there.”

Did Betty Bayo’s family know about her illness?

In another statement, Mbugua claimed that he did not know about his sister’s illness other than a minor headache and flu.

He said there was no sign that Bayo was seriously ill.

Mbugua noted that the family did not know his condition was serious, which sparked a heated debate on the internet.
