A family has been left devastated following the death of five relatives in a tragic fire that burnt down their house.

The victims of the tragic incident include a woman named Deiode Davies Garnett, her daughter Judee Garnett, Judee’s two young children, and her brother.
A sad funeral service was held for the family, who were laid to rest together in one common grave.
Before the final burial rites, the bodies were presented for viewing in open coffins, neatly arranged.
Judee was placed in one coffin with her two children sitting comfortably in her arms, while her mother and brother were laid to rest in separate coffins.

In photos and videos shared on social media, Judee’s husband, Emmanuel Freeman, could not contain his grief.
He cried in pain after seeing his whole family lying lifeless. Dressed in a black T-shirt emblazoned with pictures of her family, she sobbed loudly, paying her last respects.
He sat among other mourners while relatives consoled him.

Five victims perished in the fatal fire in their residential house around 11 pm. According to the Daily Observer newspaper, the fire broke out suddenly and quickly consumed the house.
Neighbors reported that the fire spread rapidly, trapping the family inside. The house had reinforced doors and windows that were designed to prevent break-ins, making it difficult for anyone to reach the family during a fire.
