Who was Maurice Ogeta to Raila?

Ogeta served Raila for more than 18 years and was among the last people to see the former prime minister alive; the video shows the beloved politician walking around the hospital with his bodyguard following him closely.

When Raila died, Ogeta was saddened, and it was evident when he joined government officials and relatives of the politician to bring him home in a coffin.

From Kang’o Ka Jaramogi, Ogeta led his family and gave each of them a one-bedroom house as a thank you and to help them earn an income in the future.

“I thank God for what happened today. God has done something wonderful this evening. I didn’t think Maurice could do something like this,” said one of the beneficiaries of the houses.
