Member of Parliament for Embakasi East Babu Owino has visited Mama Ida Odinga to console her following the death of Raila Odinga.

The MP visited Raila’s home there Bondo Wednesday, November 26, and gave him gifts, including a new Bible and four bulls.
Babu also used the time to honor his late leader and guardian, Raila, by standing on his grave in Kang’o Ka Jaramogi.
Why did Grandpa Owino gift Ida Odinga with a Bible and bulls?
The MP with a loud voice explained that he gave Mama Ida a Bible to light her way and strengthen her heart.
Regarding bulls, he explained that it was a sign of honor and a permanent act of glory.
“Today, I went to Opoda and Kang’o ka Jaramogi, places full of heritage and honor. With great solemnity, I handed over to Mama Ida Odinga the Holy Bible, a sacred compass to light her way, strengthen her spirit and a source of light for every corner of her journey. With the same spirit of respect, I gave bulls as a sign of respect and a permanent act of veneration. May the soul of the Father rest in peace,” he wrote.

How many cows did Kalonzo Musyoka send to Mama Ida?
On Thursday, November 6, Wiper party leader Kalonzo paid a high-profile visit to Raila’s home to mourn his longtime political partner.
Kalonzo’s arrival attracted hundreds of residents who flooded Kang’o Ka Jaramogi, the family home of the Odinga family, to witness the emotional event.
Weeks after Raila’s funeral, Kalonzo’s visit was one of the most unique tributes to the ODM leader, whose death rocked Kenyan politics.
The former vice president, who was Raila’s running mate in the 2013 and 2017 presidential elections, led a delegation of Wiper party officials and political allies to send their condolences to Mama Ida and Odinga’s extended family.
The caravan entered Bondo in the morning, being greeted by a crowd chanting slogans in support of Kalonzo and Raila.
