A married man has opened up about the emotional upheaval few have ever spoken of: grieving the death of a loved one no one knew he had.

The man, who has not been named, said he was going through “something I never imagined in my life” after the sudden death of a girl he was secretly seeing.

In a story shared by Naomi Nancy, the grieving husband revealed that his girlfriend, a student nurse, was “full of dreams and energy.”

He passed away a few days ago and left her heartbroken and unable to find a place to release her grief.

He admitted that despite being a devoted husband and father, he had been involved in love fraud.

“Before anyone judges me, let me be honest,” he wrote. “I have never abused my wife. I take care of her, our home, and our children. She has never lacked love, attention, or support. I have been everything a good husband should be, except for this one thing I lied to.”

The husband fails to mourn her side plan

Now, she finds herself caught between grief and secrets as she wonders how to mourn someone she can’t mourn in public.

She described sleepless nights, loss of appetite, and extreme emotional exhaustion because she loved him.

At home, the situation is more complicated. When his wife found him crying, he couldn’t bring himself to tell her the truth. Instead, he claimed that he had lost money in the business.

“He laughed because he knows I’m kind-hearted and I don’t get discouraged,” he said. “He tries to comfort me, but the pain I feel is deeper than he can understand.”

The husband will seek help on how to mourn

He said he is haunted by dreams of the deceased woman and has been unable to work or think clearly.
