Salma, who to luck bad was one of the little-known children of the politician, she was addressed by the public after allegedly being harmed by her husband Kitengela. A video circulated online showed Sonko confronting Salma’s husband, saying it was not the first time her daughter had been harmed.

Sonko asked why the man continues to hurt her despite the financial support and property he was giving to the couple.

The son-in-law apologized, explaining that the incident was just a minor problem. During the confrontation, Salma protected her husband and prevented one of Sonko’s bodyguards from taking him back by force.

Later, Sonko took Salma home and took her to Nairobi Women’s Hospital for medical evaluation.

Before her father intervened, Salma called her mother emotionally, and the conversation was then stolen online.

“Mom, I’m not well. Are you free today to come pick me up?”” said Salma with tears in her eyes. Primrose asked what the problem was, and Salma began to explain.

“I only asked for breakfast and I was slapped twice,” said Salma.

Primrose criticized the act, noting that it was unfair.

“I had no money. I told him that the children were hungry,” he said.

Salma later asked her mother if she would come pick her up, and Primrose agreed.
