How did Sky Victor mourn Betty Bayo’s mother?
Bayo’s daughter, Sky Victor, also treated those who attended the service with an emotional tribute to her beloved mother.
With exceptional strength and calmness, he explained to his mother’s relatives and friends how they had shared sweet memories together.
“I don’t want today to be a day of sadness because it is a day to remember and cherish all the good memories we shared. I will tell the memories we cherished,” he began to speak.
Sky admitted that, as in any relationship, there were times when she disagreed with her mother, which made her sometimes wonder if her mother really loved her.
However, he remembered how Bayo knew how to restore peace with humor and love after every misunderstanding.
He continued to remember his mother as a great storyteller and his number one fan—always encouraging him in content creation and giving him ideas to do different things.
For Sky, his mother was a woman of prayer, who taught him the importance of praying and fasting even when he was young.

What did Sky do the day before his mother’s death?
Sky also recounted the difficult moment when he left school and saw his mother’s body for the first time.
“The day I was told the news, I didn’t even cry. I thought everyone was making fun of me, waiting for the joke to end so I could see my mother. But the truth hit me when I saw the sad and worried faces of the people around me. I felt weak, I turned white, I couldn’t even eat,” he said.
Sky revealed that the day before her mother died, she prayed many times, fasted, and did everything she could hoping her mother would recover. But despite these efforts, Bayo still died.
“Many of you knew her as Betty Bayo, but to me she was my mother, my best friend, my comforter, my hero, and more than that. It hurts to know that I will never create new memories with my favorite person, but I promise that I will make him proud,” said Skye.
