Although many are still struggling to accept this bitter truth, funeral arrangements are already underway.

When and where will Betty Bayo be buried?

The musician will be buried on Thursday, November 20, in Mugumo area along Kiambu Road, where he had bought a piece of land.

Shiru Wa GP and her husband Betty, Hiram Gitau aliash Tash, who spoke for the first time during the memorial mass of his late wife, raised questions after they were seen visiting the city attorney.

The two, along with another woman identified as Joyce, were seen visiting Mwenda Njagi, who owns a law firm in Nairobi. The visit created a buzz among netizens.

Kenyans questioned who, between Hiram and a prophet who calls himself Victor Kanyari, would raise the children, Sky Victor and his brother Danny.

Why did Mwenda meet Tash, Shiru Wa GP?

Many thought that Tash had visited the lawyer to discuss custody of the two children, whose biological father is Kanyari.

According to the video TikTokHiram, Mwenda, and Shiru were seen having a brief conversation in Mwenda’s office.

Mwenda addressed the rumors in the comments section, explaining the real purpose of the meeting.

“Today, we have been able to sign an affidavit to provide a payment number, for the benefit of minors,” he wrote.

Kenyans comment after Hiram met with a lawyer

While he was explaining about the meeting, not everyone was satisfied with his explanation. Some continued to fuel the debate, insisting that there was more to the story.

Nixon Lavender:

“Kanyari should be given to the children now. This is absolutely crazy. None of these people care about the children, but they are just ‘winning something’ on social media.”

Betty Waweru:

“Many things can make people visit a lawyer during funeral preparations. Besides, Kanyari and Tash are friends and have been working together in a good upbringing. Just pray for the welfare of the children.”

Come to Kimemia:

“Did our son have a love affair? It will attract each other in the future. Kina Shiru know more about who they are dealing with, please.”

“But a stepfather is better than a biological father. I think those two will be parents too.”

Nancy Machasio:

“But Facebook moms are emotional. So you don’t know that men can pretend to love your kids while you’re alive and he’s taking advantage of you? I’m a bit of a jerk.”

Witemere Hinga:

“Here is the wealth that is needed. And the lawyer is very happy on top he will be remembered the same. It is very simple: the biological father should take his children, the wealth of the mother should be left to the children, but be managed by a guardian until they turn 18.”
