Speaking on Wednesday, November 12, Njagi claimed that the Kenyan government was involved in his abduction in Uganda.
He claimed that East African countries including Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania have been working together to face those who oppose the current government.
“The governments of Yoweri Museveni, Kenyan president William Ruto and Tanzanian president Samia Suluhu have been cooperating,” Njagi claimed.
Did Yoweri Museveni’s son order the kidnapping of Njagi?
The prominent political activist seemed convinced that President Yoweri’s son, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, was the one who ordered the kidnapping of him and his colleague, Nicholas Oyoo.
He argued that Museveni did not know what was going on while his son was allegedly committing crimes against humanity.
“The president does not know about some of these things; it is the son, Muhoozi, who is committing these crimes against humanity. They are happening at the Special Command Centers in Sera Kasenyi, which is the training ground of the president’s security team,” Njagi claimed.
He said the officers call themselves “Next to None” because they do not take any orders from the Court, Parliament or executives.
Njagi continued to claim that there are more than 150 Ugandans who have been arrested without any judicial process.
“They have been detained for up to one year. That is what is called a fridge, if you want to know what a fridge is. Some people are in the fridge and not in the fridge. These people do not have a case, most of them are kept there for political reasons.”
Will Kenya protest?
Tanzania’s Gen Z expect to do protest December 9, the day they call Independence Day.
Njagi said that Kenya’s political activities will enter the streets in collaboration with Tanzania’s Gen Zs.
“We will close our borders in Kenya in solidarity with Tanzania. We request that the Tanzanian Embassy be closed immediately until further notice,” Njagi added.
He ended by asking the Members of Parliament to press the motion to order the closure of the Tanzanian embassy.
“..Just like the South Africans did when there was a conflict between Palestine and Israel. They closed the Israeli embassy in Israel. The same things are happening in Tanzania. What are we Kenyans doing? What are we doing to our brothers?” Njagi questioned.
Did Uganda send its troops to Kenya during the protests?
In June 2024, Kenya experienced riots and protests as Kenya’s Gen Z marched in the streets against the Finance Bills.
The tension escalated to the point where youths breached Parliament’s security, gained access and set fire to part of it.

In relation to this, Njagi said that he found out that Uganda had sent its troops to suppress democratic expression.
Njagi said that the officers openly admitted to participating in the demonstration wearing Kenyan police uniforms.
