Luzige’s uncle breaks the news His uncle used social media to announce the sad news, sharing details about his nephew’s death.

“With a heavy heart, I announce the death of my nephew, Luzige Douglas Davis, who failed his S.4 UNEB examination in 2025 at Uganda Martyrs Secondary School – Kayunga. He died today, Sunday, November 2, 2025 (World Dead Day 2025), at 4:00 am at the Mulago National Hospital. May his gentle soul rest in eternity. Psalm 116:15, ‘The death of his saints it is precious in the eyes of the Lord,’” wrote Musisi Rank HP.

Luzige’s dream was shattered

The news of the tragedy broke his uncle’s heart, as a few years ago he had expressed great joy after Luzige and his brother, Kyobe Livingstone Kitooke, joined the school.

He had high hopes that they would all do well in their exams. For luck Unfortunately, that dream did not come true after that tragic tragedy.

A TikTok video was also seen showing Luzige receiving treatment at the hospital before he died. Friends, classmates, and netizens came out in droves to send condolences and prayers to the family.
