Arsenal fans from different parts of the country are the latest group to visit the former prime minister’s grave Raila Odinga.

Different people, including national and international leaders, have been visiting Raila’s final burial place at Kang’o Ka Jaramogi in Bondo to remember the late politician and also mourn with his family (Mama Ida Odinga, Raila Odinga Jnr, Rosemary Akeyo, and Winnie Odingaamong others.
How did Arsenal fans admire Raila Odinga?
On Sunday, October 26, it was the turn of the Football Club fans Arsenal in Kenya.
The group gathered at the stadium wearing the Gunners’ home kit.
They paid an emotional tribute to Raila by singing the Arsenal anthem and chanting the team’s name. They also gifted her a Mama Ida Arsenal jersey with the number 80 on the back of the shirt.
“Arsenal fans from all over the country are holding a special funeral service for Raila Odinga in Bondo to pay their respects to the legend. He is gone but forever in our hearts. All the best to Arsenal when they face Crystal Palace later this evening,” Azimio TV shared the events with photos and descriptions.
Raila was a die-hard fan of North London Club. Moreover, he supported it Gor Mahia at local level, the club he played for when it was known as Luo Union. Raila was, until his death, the patron of Gor Mahaia.
Ida Odinga is very happy
Ida has been sad since the death of her beloved husband. The visit and the gift encouraged him.
Ida, who is also known as Min Piny, smiled when the group handed her the jersey.
