Kisii County Announces Over 400 Job Vacancies for Kenyan Professionals

• A total of 283 posts are available in the Department of Medical Services, Public Health and Sanitation
• The county has also advertised 200 early childhood education positions, including ECDE teachers and ECDE assistant teachers.
• Applicants must submit their application to the Kisii County Public Service Board by 5pm on October 30, 2025

The Kisii County Government has announced 479 job vacancies in the health and education sectors.

The county public service board offers three-year contract positions to qualified Kenyan professionals to fill vacant positions.

“Applications should reach the Kisii County Public Service Board on or before 5pm, October 30, 2025,” the board insisted.

The county is looking for doctors, nurses, clinical officers, pharmacists, laboratory technologists, and other health professionals to enhance service delivery in Kisii public health facilities.

The county also employs professionals in allied health fields, including bio-medical engineers, dentists, physical therapists, morticians, radiographers, and nutritionists and nutritionists.

In the Department of Education, Vocational Training, Innovation, and Social Sciences, the county has announced 200 teaching positions for early childhood education.

These include 50 ECDE II assistant teachers and 150 ECDE III assistant teachers, each with a three-year contract.

Applicants are required to submit a cover letter, a detailed CV, copies of their national ID, and certified professional and academic certificates.

“Applications should be sent to: Board Secretary, Kisii County Public Service Board, SLP 1848-40200, Kisii, or hand delivered to CPSB offices along Kisii-Kilgoris road, near Kisii Cathedral Road junction,” the board explained.

The board emphasized that campaigning will result in automatic disqualification, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
