Former MP says ‘false information’ interrupted William Ruto Trans Nzoia’s visit

According to former Zanzibar MP, Chris Wamalwa, Ruto was expected to visit the county last week.
Expected to officially open the exhibition of Kitale The Agricultural Society of Kenya (ASK) and launching a cheap housing project in a three-mile/standard area along the Kitale-Webye highway.
However, the visit was overturned at the last minutes, without providing information as to it was re -planned.

The former MP noted that some political leaders had deceived the country’s leader that he would be criticized during his visit.

However, he did not mention the names of those people who allegedly wanted to be identified as a presidential lawyer in the county -based county.

“Some people are feeding the President false information that he will be attacked if he comes to Trans Nzoia. Does Trans Nzoia even look like they can do it to the President?” He questioned the former MP who is currently the Chairman of the Board of Kenya Bureau of Standards (Kebs).

Is Trans Nzoia dangerous to Ruto?
In turn, the former Minister of Health, Susan Nakhumichahe denied the fear that Ruto could be abused when he visited the county.
“Trans Nzoia has all the tribes available in the country, and what brings us back is this kind of darkness we see today, because tell me, how can one plan to criticize the President while using all the intelligence machines he has?” he added.
Trans Nzoia Governor, George Natembeya, has been among the fierce critics of President Ruto and his administration.
