The shock has spread in the Bungoma court after an elderly man who had gone to attend a court session died while waiting for his attorney outside the court.

According to a statement from the judiciary, the man arrived in court at nine o’clock in the morning by motorcycle.
Eyewitnesses said the elder seemed weak and seemed wrong as he headed to the court’s communications desk.
Upon arrival, a customer service officer, when he saw his condition, gave him a priority card that would help him in his immediate service.
“This is a card issued to the elderly, pregnant women, people with disabilities and patients, and give them the opportunity to get a priority and immediate service to spend the shortest time possible in court,” Court spokesman Paul Ndemo said.
How did the Bungoma man die in court?
Court officials later noted that the man’s case was listed before the Environmental and Land Court.
After confirming the details of his case, it is said that he informed the staff that he would wait for his attorney to come before continuing.
Then he walked out of the court building, lying on the grass to rest while accompanied by his brothers.
Shortly thereafter, a court officer returned to inform him of the progress of his case, but found him not responding.
Shocked, the workers immediately warned police officers, who fled to the scene and confirmed his sad death.
