Why did Chato move DCP?
Chengo, who also served as a member of the National Executive Committee (NEC), said his decision was fueled and disappointed by how the party was managed at the top.
“May I receive this letter as a formal statement of my resignation from the DCP as a member of the National Executive Committee (NEC), starting immediately. Readed the letter of Cut, which appeared by TUKO.
In his letter, the politician praised the party’s leadership but complained of systematic negligence within the party’s structures, especially the National Electoral Board (NEB) and the Secretary -General’s Office.
He accused the two entities of disrupting their pursuers and disrupting their political work in the country.
“My experience with the National Electoral Board (NEB) and the Secretary -General (SG) has been frustrating. Lack of communication, lack of basic issues, and failure to give clear orders have created an environment where candidates like me are left to address important issues without guidance or support,” Chengo said.
