According to a state newspaper notification seen by TUKO.co.ke, the Okuku Auctioneers agent announced that the Azziad settlement in Platinum Oak Residency in Lipleshwa would be auctioned.
The auction is scheduled for Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 11:00 am, at the Jeevan Bharati building in Nairobi.
The property for sale is of four bedrooms and a servant quarter, located on the nursery A along the Oloitoktok Road in Lavington.
The section measures approximately 256 square meters and is described as ideal for hiring.
What did Azziad respond to his house being auctioned?
While many expected Azziad either to stay quiet or to address the issue directly, the tiko chose a different path.
Through social networks, he shared his video preparing real tea in the kitchen.
