In the clip, a man is heard complaining and chasing officers in prison for attacking his sick brother.
He claimed that his brother had visited the prison clinic for an investigation when the prison soldiers attacked him.
Bad and upset about the incident, he started recording the incident, asking why they invaded the boy.
“Why did you hit my brother, is this right, this is right? They kill my brother here,” he asked.
An official from the prison is heard asking why he was holding his camera, but the man replied that he would not put it down.
He said he was going straight to show the public what was going on. Another prison administrator said the case was being looked at, appearing to try to calm the damaged person.
However, he could not prevent his grief and demanded that Kenya’s Deputy President, Kindiki Kithure, investigate the matter.
“President Rutothese are your officers. I need justice. Now see, they run, “he said.
