His house, located in Platinum Oak Residency in Lileswa, Nairobi, is now under the hammer and Okuku Agencies Auctioneers.
A government newspaper notification found by TUKO.co.ke confirmed that the auction will take place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 11:00 am, at the Jeevan Bharati building, Nairobi.
A auctioned property is a four -bedroom apartment with a quarter of the staff, located on the nursery A along the Oloitoktok Road, Lavington.
The apartment, about 256 square meters, is owned by the owner and is suitable for residential use.

What are the terms of the auction of the Azziad house?
The sales conditions, as defined in auction notice, indicate that interested buyers must pay a 10% deposit through electronic cash transfer, bank checks, or cash in the fall of the hammer.
The remainder is required within 90 days. Additionally, a reinstated deposit of KSh 100,000 is required to obtain a tender number.
TUKO.co.ke also confirmed that price rates in Ravi Apartments, where the Azziad property is located, between KSh 24.5 million and KSh 29.5 million.
Sources have revealed that Azziad failed to pay the KSh 25 million mortgage, which eventually resulted in the auction.
