Mike Jacobs, former leader of the University of Nairobi (UON) students whose dispute with the current Embakasi East MP Grandpa Owino During the 2016 SONU election resulted in the university’s closure for a whole week, he has officially graduated.

The 73rd Uon graduation took place on Friday, September 19 at the University graduation field.

Why did Mike Jacobs, Grandpa Owino quarreled?
The 2016 UON students’ election turned out to be violent after the grandfather was declared the winner, which led to the Jacobs camp demanding the cancellation of the results.

Jacobs was suspended on April 22, 2016, but later opposed the decision in court along with seven others. It is said that his 10 -year suspension was finally reduced to seven.
Outside of the elite, Jacobs runs a general equipment company established in 2014 with a costume brand specializing in suits made for men.
He had expressed his intention to get into politics, expressing his intention to run for the Gem parliamentary seat in the upcoming elections.
