In the video, the veteran politician reiterated his commitment to oppose the president William Ruto In the 2027 general election.

He denied the allegations that he would not be on the ballot, and called it completely false.

He said his enemies were trying to agree with that fact.

“When did this happen? Now listen, I know my enemies are suffering because they know I will be involved in 2027 votes, if God will,” Kalonzo insisted.

Kalonzo has faced an investigation despite rumors that he plans to leave the opposition coalition and join the camp Kenya first.

Deputy President Kithure Kindikiin one of his visits to the Ukambani area, he suggested plans to speak with Kalonzo to work with the government such as former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

Kindiki said he and Kalonzo were not hostile, emphasizing his respect for the Wiper party leader as chief in the field of law and as a politician.

Apart from Kindiki’s remarks, the absence of Kalonzo at the home of his opposition counterpart, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, was identified.

This sparked rumors about Kalonzo’s position in opposition.

Migori Senator Eddy Oketch pointed out that the politician’s absence signaled the disagreement with Gachagua’s political view.

He claimed that Kalonzo would soon join the cooperation between Raila and President William Ruto in the broad government.

According to Eddy, Kalonzo can be included in the government, showing the possibility of reorganization in the near future.

In spite of this, Gachagua spoke of concerns about not being welcomed by other opposition officials at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on his return.
