Driver of Three He has been arrested and detained by police following allegations of attacking two officers in Nairobi.
Jared Nyanduro is said to have confronted a traffic officer after stopping the Embassava Sacco car he was driving.
The officer known by the name of Jackline Naeku found out that the car had no road permit. Then he got on the car and ordered the driver to go to the police station Embakasi.

Nyanduro allegedly refused to follow the officer’s instructions, threatening his life and announcing that he would not drive to the center.
He then accelerated the car, and collided with a parked car and later destroyed flower vessels near the Rubis police station.
During the chaos, the officer suffered injuries.
The situation worsened when Nyanduro got out of the car and physically injured him and caused harm to him in the eyes and his side.
Citizens intervened and assisted in his arrest.
“He succeeded in getting out of the car and the driver followed him and began kicking him with blows where he suffered other injuries in the left eye, ribs, neck bone, left leg and teeth cut off the left hand, rescued by civilians before police officers arrived and took the suspect to Embakasi police station,” said the police.
At the police station, Nyanduro was reported to be fierce during a regular search and began attacking one officer and grabbing his left hand.
The attack was suspended by intervening officers.
The injured officer, Senior Sergeant Samuel Njuguna, was taken to hospital with Jackline Naeku, while Nyanduro was kept in custody waiting to be brought to court.
