Nairobi: Sad incidents were witnessed at the University of Nairobi after a third -year student was stabbed to death.

The deceased known as Brian Wambui was killed, allegedly killed by his colleague Justus Otieno after being involved in a dispute.
Why was Brian Wambui killed?
According to a report by Citizen Digital, the Witnesses explained that the conflict of one room was to provide water and clean up the hostel toilet.
The Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) from Kikuyu identified by the name of Omondi Ogola, confirmed the incident and explained that the controversy was slowing and caused the deceased’s friends to rush to rescue him.

Feeling overwhelmed, the suspect quickly ran to his room and left with a knife. Then he allegedly started attacking Wambui, causing his death.
Ogola also called on students to develop better ways to resolve conflicts.
“Previously, we have been informed that the source of the controversy was a misunderstanding about the Udhu building. The misunderstanding exceeded, and the deceased’s friends joined. It was then that the suspect ran home to find a weapon to defend himself,” Said Ogola.
Wambui’s body was later transferred to the death room of the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA) Thogoto Hospital for storage waiting for a corpse.
Otieno, the suspect, was arrested and is currently detained at the Kikuyu police station as an investigation into the case was underway.
