The return of former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has sparked high political expectations, with his party preparing to welcome him for a major ceremony at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

In a statement issued by the Democracy For Citizens Party (DCP), the former Deputy President is expected to land in Nairobi on Thursday, August 21, at noon.
The party has encouraged its supporters to gather at JKIA airport starting at 2am to welcome him.
