The team will be led by former Senator Agnes Zani; Other members are Fatuma Ibrahim, Kevin Kiarie, Gabriel Oguda and Javas Bigambo.
Their activities will be enhanced by the executive teams from UDA and ODM parties.
It will submit a report every two months to both Ruto and Raila, and a joint meeting of Parliament, bringing together MPs from both sides.
