A 3 -year -old boy who was seen going to school at 10am Rongai asked for help

Austine Onyango Wamalwa gained fame after being trapped to school at 10 o’clock in the morning in Rongai, Kajiado County.

One compassionate driver shared the boy’s video online, attracting strong emotions and calling to help him.

One of the donors, who identified himself as Mel Wangeci Kim, traveled to visit the student to provide assistance.

He explained that the young man lives away from school, a journey that lasts about three hours on the leg, one side.

“This made me understand why he had to leave home at three o’clock at night to get to school at twelve in the morning. The place is too far and the road is bad. He explained.

Where are Austine’s parents?

Mel told TUKO.co.ke that the boy is an orphan and has no permanent residence, but has a commitment to continue his studies to change his life.

“Malwa needs our help. At the moment, he lives with a classmate who lives in the same room.”He said.

The donor also explained that Wamalwa goes hungry because he has no one to take care of him or to support him while he is at school.

Despite all these challenges, the third -year student urged them to help him to find shelter near the school and paid for the fees.

“I have no permanent place to live, and if I could find a house near my school I would be very grateful. Also, paying a fee has been a challenge, and I know the only way to succeed in life is through education,” He said.

Wamalwa thanked everyone who came to intervene in his situation and asked for more help so that he could focus on the lessons and find a place where he could call at home.

UON student requesting help pay a fee of KSh 61,000

In other news, TUKO.co.ke reported on a second year student at the University of Nairobi who asked for financial assistance to pay for the KSh 61,400 KSh.

Stephen Okoth, 24, said he faces the risk of postponing studies if he does not get that amount by September, while returning to college.
