Celebrity dancer Tileh Pacbro has shared candid reflections on the importance of prioritising one’s mental well-being by setting firm boundaries with toxic family members.
Speaking after a curious fan on Sunday, July 13, 2025, asked him to share his personal take on toxic parents, the dancer revealed that he has dealt with such situations before.
He emphasised that once clear boundaries are crossed, it is necessary to cut ties or implement consequences that safeguard one’s peace.
“What’s your take on toxic parents, bro? I’ve personally had to deal with this (story for another day)… I believe your well-being should always come first. Imo, you should always ensure you have very clear boundaries with clear consequences.”
Tileh explained that maintaining mental and emotional health should always come first, regardless of whether the toxic behaviour comes from parents, friends, or any other relationship.
“I believe your well-being should always come first,” he said, adding that setting clear boundaries with defined consequences is essential.
He warned that ignoring these boundaries risks ongoing harm, which can lead to more serious mental health challenges.
According to him, one should never hesitate to cut ties, as it is their own life and well-being they are ultimately safeguarding.
“Once the boundaries are disregarded, you cut ties or activate whatever consequence your life can allow. The same goes for family, friendships or any relationship whatsoever,” Tileh stated.

The advice by the fitness guru comes just months after he broke his silence amid swirling rumours about his relationship with Spanish fashion model Paula Feeroon.
The pair had raised eyebrows after being spotted together on multiple occasions and featuring in dance videos after his breakup with his Spanish wife, Martina Glez.
Tileh put the chatter to rest in a Q&A session on his Instagram Stories on Sunday, November 3, 2024.
When asked by a curious fan if he and Paula were dating, Pacbro denied the rumours, noting that it was all made up.

The dancer announced the end of his relationship with Martina in May 2024.
Taking to Instagram, he attributed the breakup to irreconcilable differences.
“I will never have the right words to type this. I have looked at my phone for hours trying to find the right words, but nothing is forthcoming. I and Martina decided to go separate ways; this happened a while back due to several irreconcilable differences,” Pacbro shared.
Reflecting on their relationship, Pacbro expressed deep appreciation for the time they shared, acknowledging the joy and personal growth he experienced.
“The years we’ve spent together have been the best of my life; I have witnessed happiness and growth that I can never be able to quantify,” he added.
Although they had chosen to separate, Pacbro assured their followers that their bond continues through co-parenting and business collaborations, promising that their presence together will persist in those roles.
“Our journey hasn’t come to an end, and it never will, as we will always remain a family, and for that, expect to see us together still, as we are not only parents but also business partners,” he wrote.
In addressing the speculation that emerged during their period of silence, Pacbro emphasized that their decision was mutual and unaffected by any outside influence.
“Whispers and rumours have, of course, been moving around due to our silence, and for that, I would like to make it clear that whatever some of the blogs insinuated can never be further from the truth, and everyone who knows me personally, including Martina, does know how much I value loyalty, and I’ve always proudly & swiftly shown my ring when I needed to. I had everything I ever wanted in her, and I’ve never seen a reason to look elsewhere,” he clarified.
