His strong rebuke follows proof of Ruto That a large church is really built in the White House, ending the rumors fueled by architectural structures and satellite images.

During the Friday, July 4, Ruto did not restrict himself, announcing that he was building a house of worship inside the presidential residence and emphasized that the move was in line with his faith.

According to the head of state, he uses his personal money to build a place of worship, claiming he had found an old building.

“I am a man I believe in God and I have no apologies to make. No one will apologize for building a church. Satan made the question. The president said in a state of self -defense after heavy criticism.

How did Karua rebuke Ruto?

But the response from Karua, a long -term advocate of constitutional composition and accountability, was quick and reliable.

Using his X account, the political woman reminded the head of state that the White House is not a personal property.

Karua also questioned Ruto to spend his money on the main church, telling the president that he was out of order.

“It’s not your land, it’s not your money to do what you like @williamsruto at all,” wrote on X.

Karua’s remarks added to the growing choir of concern about how the President is increasingly involved in religion and government issues.

What does the Constitution say?

Article 8 of the Kenyan Constitution clearly states that there will be no government religion.

It prohibits the government from taking or endorsing any specific beliefs, ensuring that all religions are taken equally under the law.

As previously reported, details of the construction emerged the first time after the Nation received detailed drawings of the facility.

The building is expected to take up to 8,000 believers and is designed in a modern style by Skair Architects Limited.

The project, reportedly costing an average of KSh 1.2 billion, has twin crosses on its roof, long windows, and a main application hall that goes through multiple standards.

It also includes entries for LED light mirrors, individual application rooms, and various support spaces.
