Many people were concerned when Advocate Whome Thuku announced that the boy had disappeared and the police raided his house and took his equipment, such as the Turkish and the phone.

Kenyans were more concerned when DCI When asked to release the boy, but they failed to do so.

“On behalf of Mr Ndiangui’s family Kinyagia, I would like to inform you: that Mr Ndiangui, who disappeared last week, contacted the family and that he is healthy, healthy and safe.”

“Mr Ndiangui contacted a family member on Tuesday evening from an unknown place. Mr Ndiangui told the family member that he had been temporarily hiding for fear of his life when he knew that DCI officials were searching for him for an unknown crime.”

“Mr Ndiangui has indicated that he is ready and is ready to present himself to the DCI and presented before any court when his safety and security is guaranteed. So we advised him to present him before the Supreme Court in the Mountains Court today, Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 11am.”

“This statement has been presented effectively to the Kenyan lawyers’ association for analysis and submission in court.

Kenyans’ views on the statement

Joseph Wanyoike Murigi: “This Wantam also has a town game now.”

Kim Jose: “The lie is in Kenya … it’s a dance.”

Jachola: “But the government was already accused of kidnapping … your people have a game … why hide yourself when needed by DCI?”
