The opposition leader and his Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) accused the government of silencing the opposition and violating fundamental rights.
In a strong statement issued on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, the EFF accused Ruto of launching violence against peaceful protesters to celebrate the first year of The procession of 2024.
