Speaking during a National Assembly session on Tuesday, June 17, Millie said she was shocked to discover that the boy had left Suba, though it was not clear whether he was from Suba north or south.
“Ms Speaker, it would be a negligence on my side if I did not say that I had heard that the boy I was talking about was from Homa Bay, and from Suba,” Said Millie with emotion.
He strongly condemned the police officer’s act, citing it as reckless and responsible, saying that such acts of violence were eradicating the progress made by the government and turning the country back.
