Kiplimo, a resident of Kapsumbeiywet Farm in Soy, was last seen on Tuesday evening, May 27, 2025, at 8.30 pm near Testimony School in Eldoret.

Kalenjins Online It reported that he was wearing a red hat, white T-shirt, and beige pants on the day of his disappearance.

Family members had launched a strict search for the 29 -year -old, after failing to return home that evening.

His disappearance raised concerns in the community, with his pictures being circulated on social networks to monitor his whereabouts.

Sadly, hope was interrupted earlier today when the locals discovered his dead body near Simat.

The security authority arrived at the scene and surrounded the area as the investigation was underway.

The deceased’s body has been taken to the mortuary for examination.

Police want anyone with information about the final stages of the night of his disappearance.

The incident raises concerns about the cases of lost people in the country, many of whom are found killed.

Residents and Kenyans generally want better security measures and immediate response from authorities in such cases.
