Juma Jux’s ex-girlfriend, travel and fitness blogger Karen Bujulu, has come out to clear the air, refuting claims she cheated on the Tanzanian singer.
In a message shared on her Instagram stories on June 4, 2025, Bujulu explained that she had stayed silent for a long time while people dragged her name through the mud with false claims.
Bujulu added that she chose not to address the rumours earlier because she did not see the need to explain herself online. However, she expressed frustration that whatever she posts is often twisted to be about Juma Jux.
She made it clear that she has moved on and healed, asking simply to be left out of a story that she considers closed.
“I’ve kept quiet for the longest while people dragged my name and ran with lies. I didn’t cheat. I was the one who got cheated on. I stayed too long, forgave till I couldn’t anymore… and then I left. I didn’t speak because I didn’t see the need to explain myself online, but somehow, everything I post still gets turned into something about him,” Bujulu lamented.
Adding;
“Let me be clear: I’ve moved on. I’ve healed. I promise you, I don’t want anything or anyone back. I truly wish everyone peace. I just ask to be left out of a chapter I’ve already closed.”

This revelation comes as Juma Jux celebrates his marriage to Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ajoke Ojo with a series of grand and culturally rich wedding events.
Their journey started with an engagement in September 2024 and was followed by a traditional Islamic Nikkah ceremony held in Dar es Salaam on February 7, 2025. The intimate event was attended by family, friends, and prominent figures from Tanzania and Nigeria.
Shortly after, Juma Jux surprised Priscilla with a second proposal during a romantic dinner in Lagos, gifting her a larger diamond ring as a symbol of his dedication.
The couple then held a civil wedding ceremony where Priscilla looked stunning in a one-shoulder white dress adorned with pearls and a fascinator, while Juma Jux wore a classic black suit and tie.
On April 17, 2025, they hosted a colourful Yoruba traditional wedding in Lagos, blending Tanzanian and Nigerian cultures. Priscilla dazzled in a custom asoebi outfit as Jux donned a regal agbada.
Their celebrations culminated in a lavish white wedding in Nigeria. Priscilla wore an elegant long-sleeved lace gown with intricate sequin details, complemented by a sophisticated updo. Juma Jux looked sharp in a white tuxedo jacket with black lapels and matching black and white trousers.
In May 2025, the newlyweds returned to Tanzania for a grand finale celebration, inviting loved ones and fans from both nations.
