Dr. Joyce, who appears in public just a few times for a special occasion, arrived at the stadium a few minutes after four o’clock in the morning with her husband.
The University of Nairobi lecturer wore a tall lace lace gown, a short blonde wig, and a long currency block shoes.

The deputy president wore a brown blue suit, a white shirt and a maroon colored eagle. The two walked shoulder to shoulder as they seemed to speak cheerfully.
