Why was the soldier Shakur arrested?
On Saturday, March 22, Cop Shakur was arrested in Naivasha after authorities found him with a fake gun.
Police detained him for further investigation to determine if the fake rifle could be defined as a real gun.
The court ordered Shakur to be detained for 24 hours with investigating officers from the Criminal Investigation Department (DCI) conducting their investigations.
His lawyer, Monica Mwai, criticized for a long time, insisting Shakur should be presented in court on Monday as required by law.
