Where did Patriarch Allois die?

Sadly, the servant of God was shot to death in the Kerio valley, Elgeyo Marakwet County, and the news surprised many as he was not only a spiritual father, but also a faithful servant of his community.

In a photo shared by Erastus Mwenda on Facebook, the late Patriarch Allois Cheruiyot is seen standing on a stick and sitting on a large stone. He was wearing a black priesthood gown, gray pants, and black shoes.

What did the Allois message say?

Next to him was a small black bag that indicated that he had intended to stay in the area for some time.

“Otherwise, I am in the mountain Jumia. The community is a small meeting where Catholics meet to share the Word of God on weekdays, unlike Sundays.”

In another photo, she is seen talking to young children while wearing the same outfit – one of the pictures that showed she was generous and touched by the lives of many, including young children.

Erastus Mwenda, who shared his photo, said he was severely hurt by the death.

“Dear Kerio Valley, we gave the priest armed with the Rosary, the Bible, the sacrament, the water of blessing and the desire to serve. To serve far, to reach the most vulnerable. Said Mwenda.

“You brought him back to life, with gunshot wounds and a blood rosary. Why?” he added.

“It is a great pain to kill a man who had no weapons and was in the process of finding the lost sheep of the Lord,” He said.

“Pray for their shed blood to bring the end of the crime in Elgeyo Marakwet,” he added.
